Catechesis of the Good Shepherd: A beautiful religious education program based on Montessori methods and principles for young children.
This class takes place in a reserved room called the 'Atrium' where we have miniature models of items we see used at Mass, presentations of Bible stories with materials to act them out, and a quiet, prayerful atmosphere.
The purpose is to deepen the child's relationship with Jesus and to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the Mass, the life of Christ, and the Church.
This program is presently being offered at St. John's for children on Tuesday's. Times may vary.
